With over 25 years experience in higher education, including curriculum and assessment design, teaching, facilitating, faculty development, and coaching, I offer a wide range of services to agencies and organizations seeking unique programming for leaders, facilitators, and staff members.
- Each project begins with an assessment of the organization’s needs, followed by custom program design and facilitation.
- Workshops are available in both online and in-person delivery, and sessions are highly interactive, with opportunities for large group presentations, small group discussions, skill development with practice and feedback, and follow up action planning.
- Workshop design and delivery may also be paired with small group and/or 1:1 coaching sessions.
