2SLGBTQ Coaching
As an out and proud member of the 2SLGBTQ community, I have a special passion for helping other queer folks navigate life’s challenges. Whether you live in the heart of a gay neighbourhood, or a place where it’s not even okay to say “gay”, our lives are richer and happier when we can embrace our true selves.
Coaching conversations might include: coming out later in life, recovering from a breakup, re-entering the dating world, or living your gender with authenticity. I will walk with you as you carefully tread forward or make bold steps to live the life you are meant to live, with pride.
Life Transition Coaching
If there’s one thing in life that’s inevitable, it’s change. Whether you embrace it or hate it, a significant life change creates a perfect opportunity for coaching. Some life changes involve grief and loss: the death of a parent, spouse or child, the end of a marriage or partnership, a significant accident, illness, or injury. Some life changes generate feelings of fear and excitement: the birth of a child, a new career, home, or even retirement. Whatever life transition you may be experiencing, we can work together to accept the feelings that emerge, and take a conscious approach to stepping into the future.
Women In Business Coaching

I partner with faculty to navigate daily challenges, and to maintain their joy and sense of purpose in a rapidly changing 21st century educational landscape.
